Fatz Cafe Kicks Off Summer With New “all Fired Up” Menu Starting At $9.99
May 26, 2009
Taylors, S.C. – On Monday, May 25th, Fatz Cafe, the popular Southeastern restaurant chain and home of World Famous Calabash Chicken®, kicked off the Summer Season with the introduction of its “All Fired Up” menu. Seven new deliciously grilled to perfection entrees starting at just $9.99.
Like our Blue Ridge Chicken, a boneless breast perfectly chargrilled and basted in zesty bar-b-que sauce and topped with all kinds of tasty goodness.
Back by popular demand is our T.C.’s Hard Cider Sirloin Sampler, a truly tender sirloin that’s been marinating in hard cider... soaking up flavor, and then served with two pieces of our World Famous Calabash Chicken® and two jumbo fried shrimp.
For our fish lovers, there’s our new Fatz Citrus Catch, a flaky fish seasoned with lemon, thyme, basil and topped with a tangy citrus relish.
To begin with, there are four new tasty appetizers starting at just $3.99. The Honey BBQ Chicken Nachos are recommended with crispy tri-colored tortilla chips topped with jack and cheddar cheese, black beans and our World Famous Calabash Chicken®.
“We’re bringing a summer tradition to our guests and at a great value” said Richie Cannon, vice president of operations of Cafe Enterprises, parent company of Fatz Cafe.
The “All Fired Up” menu is available all day, every day for a limited time only. For more information, or to view Fatz Cafe’s full menu of fresh salads, appetizers, soups, sandwiches and entrees including steak, pork, chicken and seafood, please visit fatzcafe.com.
