Fatz Cafe Names Chris Watts As Operating Partner

Franklin, N.C. - Cafe Enterprises, the parent company of Fatz Cafe, a 46-unit Southeastern restaurant chain and home of World Famous Calabash Chicken®, recently promoted Chris Watts to Operating Partner. Watts leads the Fatz Cafe team in Franklin, which opened on July 21, 2008.

The Franklin Fatz Cafe, located at 107 Sawmill Village Lane, is one of 12 restaurants in North Carolina. Other North Carolina locations include Asheville, Charlotte, Concord/Kannapolis, Forest City, Hendersonville, Lenoir, Lincolnton, Marion, Morganton, Rockingham and Shelby. Offering classic American fare with a southern influence, Fatz Cafe is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week and offers menu items that include fresh salads, appetizers, soups, sandwiches and desserts. Entrees include steak, seafood, pasta and Fatz Cafe's World Famous Calabash Chicken®.
