Cafe Enterprises Extends Popular Southeastern Restaurant Concept Into Virginia
Dublin Will Be First to Experience Fatz Cafe’s Casual, Family-Friendly Restaurant

Dublin, Va. - For the first time in the company's 20-year history, Cafe Enterprises, the parent company of Fatz Cafe,is bringing its casual, family- friendly restaurant concept to Virginia. The new Fatz Cafe of Dublin, set to open in early March, will be the premier Virginia restaurant, creating 120 new job openings for associate managers, kitchen and service staffs.
Cafe Enterprises currently operates 41 company-owned restaurants in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee and offers guests classic American fare with a southern influence. Home to World Famous Calabash Chicken®, Fatz Cafe boasts a relaxed, attractive atmosphere to complement friendly service and genuine hospitality.
Operating Partner Rob Keyes will lead the team at the Dublin restaurant, located at 4586 Alexander Farm Road. All Fatz Cafe restaurants are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner and offer menu items that include fresh salads, appetizers, soups, sandwiches and desserts. Entrees include steak, seafood, pasta and Fatz Cafe's World Famous Calabash Chicken®.
Fatz Cafe of Dublin will seat 168 guests and includes a full-service bar and separate take-out entrance. Fatz is looking for hospitality and guest focused individuals to fill full-time and part-time positions as hosts, servers, bartenders and kitchen associates.
