Fatz Cafe Searches For Best Clemson Tiger Tailgater

Clemson, S.C. - Do you or your friends start planning your football tailgates at least a year in advance? Wake up at 5 a.m. to pack your tailgate chairs, food and flags before heading to Death Valley for game day? Do your friends often tell you that you have the best tailgate spread and setup? Fatz Cafe, the 45-unit Southeastern casual dining chain and home of World Famous Calabash Chicken® is going to recognize the "Best Tailgater on Campus" during its first ever tailgate contest for Clemson University fans.
Starting Friday, August 29, through November 16, you can nominate yourself or your friends for a chance to win the "Best Tailgater on Campus." Visit Fatz Cafe online at www.fatzcafe.com and follow the instructions to nominate someone who you think has the best tailgate. Whoever gets the most nominations by the end of the contest will win Fatz Cafe's Ultimate Tailgate Feast and two tickets to the Clemson University vs. University of South Carolina football game in November.
The Ultimate Tailgate Feast feeds 40 people and includes:
- Three 60-Piece Calabash Party Trays
- Three 40-Piece Wing Party Trays
- Three Babyback Ribs Party Trays
- Two Small Veggie Party Trays
- Two Large Brownie Party Trays
- Five Quarts of Coleslaw
- Five Quarts of Baked Beans or Mashed Potatoes
- Five Gallons of Sweet Tea
To participate in or be nominated for "Best Tailgater on Campus," you must be 18 years or older at the time of nomination submission and a legal resident of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina or Tennessee. To nominate an individual, that person's name, license plate number and state of residence must be provided to Fatz Cafe. Other rules apply, so please see the contest Web site for details.
