Growing Restaurant Concept To Open Seventh Restaurant In Georgia: Cafe Enterprises Expands Into Pooler

Pooler, Ga. - Cafe Enterprises, the parent company of Fatz Cafe, a 42-unit Southeastern restaurant chain and home of World Famous Calabash Chicken, is bringing its relaxed, family- friendly restaurant concept to Pooler, Ga. With plans to open in early April, the new Fatz Cafe will be located at 400 Pooler Parkway and will create 120 new job openings for associate managers, kitchen and service staffs.
General Manager Ralph Defelice leads the Pooler location, which will be Fatz Cafe’s seventh restaurant in Georgia. Cafe Enterprises currently operates Fatz Cafe restaurants in Athens, Blairsville, Evans, Jasper, Warner Robins and Winder, Ga. The Dublin restaurant will seat 168 guests and includes a full-service bar and separate take-out entrance. All Fatz Cafe restaurants are open seven days a week for lunch and dinner and offer guests a variety of menu items that include fresh salads, appetizers, soups, sandwiches and specialty drinks and desserts. Entrees include steak, seafood, pasta and Fatz Cafe’s World Famous Calabash Chicken.
