Fatz Cafe Names Tammie Gass As Operating Partner

Greeneville, Tenn.- Cafe Enterprises, parent company of popular Southeastern restaurant chain Fatz Cafe, is pleased to announce that Tammie Gass is now operating partner for the Greeneville restaurant, located at 3140 East Andrew Johnson Highway.

Before joining the Fatz Cafe team, Gass was employed for more than 14 years at local dining establishment Augustino’s Restaurant. “At Fatz Cafe, I have found a company that genuinely cares for both its associates and guests,” said Gass. “We offer our guests the very best hospitality out there, while providing our associates the opportunity for long-term growth in the restaurant industry.”
